First published in 1921, this book has 78 pages of Houdini's own escapology secrets, beautifully illustrated throughout with detailed line drawings and an additional 7 photographic plates of Houdini's techniques. This hardback edition, exclusive to us, is strictly limited to just 100 numbered copies and 10 review copies (which are identical but reserved for the magic press to review).
 
It is a high-quality facsimile, reproducing the original text and plates in full. These have been manufactured in the UK by the same specialist printers that produced our Maskelyne books and the Ellisdon series.
 
This luxury edition has oatmeal buckram bookcloth and two-tone head and tail bands from Winter and Co., sapphire endpapers from G. F. Smith with cream bookwove paper for the pages and photographic plates matching the original edition. It starts with a colour plate illustrating the original cover.
