First edition of one of the famous (or infamous) "Yellow Peril" series of books from C. Arthur Pearson. Full of great tricks and fascinating magic adverts from the time. You can read more about this series of books here.
 
Condition: For a book in this series it is very good with only minor loss to the base of the spine. Spine paper is detached and there is general wear to the covers. Personally, I wouldn't use this edition as a reading copy due to its unusually good condition and the rate these edition's spines deteriorate when read.
