This is one of the most important books on magic theory written. Only 500 of this first edition were printed and many were destroyed by a WWII bomb, making first editions much rarer than second edition (which was a run of 750 after the war). 
 
Condition: Good/fair, covers and spine worn with marks, fading to spine, some foxing to endpapers and occasional pages, neat pencil annotations throughout, good, tight binding.
