This extremely rare book of patter sheets aimed at entertainers of all types was written by Art Paul who would go on to shape American popular culture as the founding art director of Playboy. 
 
Condition: Good, had been stapled on the top corner but has been re-stapled along the long edge. Some minor wear and a few minor marks and creases. No back cover, but I believe this is how it was issued originally.
