First edition of one of the famous (or infamous) "Yellow Peril" series of books from C. Arthur Pearson. Full of great tricks and fascinating magic adverts from the time. You can read more about this series of books here. This is a particularly interesting copy having once in the library of The Magicians' Club with embossed stamps indicating this. 
 
Condition: Fair/poor, a very well worn copy with creasing to covers, paper tape to spine, wear to page edges and loose binding. Has a few library inscriptions and stamps throughout.
