Nine issues of the gold standard of magic magazines, The Magic Wand and Magical Review. These are the scarce early large-format versions which, due to their fragility, survive in low numbers. These are amongst the best magic magazines of the period, packed full of great tricks and articles.
 
This lot includes March 1917, May and September 1919, March, April, May, July, August and September 1920. As a bonus, this also includes two issues missing their covers: October 1914 and January 1920 (see last photo). 

 
Condition: Fair to poor. All issues have significant wear, some have tears to covers and creases to pages. All have wear to spine edge with some covers detached. Marks and annotations to many issues.
